that's for uno...
UNO, LSU and Tulane. I believe LSU and TU each get $25 million meanwhile UNO will receive $50 million.

And all the other crumbling buildings.
Wow, I swam for LSU from 80-81 and put many a mile in that pool!! Sad to see it in such shape

How about investing it at a return of 5% a year, which will provide salaries for a handful of top-rank professors
Spoken like a professor
Kidding aside, LSU's #1 priority, behind emergency maintenance, has to be to build up its endowment, which is far too low for an institution of its type.

I vote for an offensive line

Rip up the field in the stadium and put in Field Turf. We've had two home games and it's already torn up and shitty looking. LSU by far has the worst looking field in the SEC. Auburn would be next!

Or, we could build an indoor track facility.
I was wondering how long it would take before someone would say the endowment.

And as usual, stupid laws from the state government are to blame.

build a zipline from the West Upper deck of Tiger Stadium to Holy Fmaily church in Port Allen.

It was against the law until very recently for LSU to have an endowment.
So while other state flagships and private schools have been building them for around a hundred years if not longer...LSU only has had it for a couple of decades.
