We look to go to a more balanced run and pass attack, and our QB is not mobile, so that eliminates option and zone read stuff.

My is guess is we will want to use our full back, so a lot of two back sets. We also will want to get a lot of receivers out there so three receivers sometimes, other times two receivers, one TE.

I'd love to see a lot of 4 wide with just a single RB and a QB. Really spread the field and let our RB's make a move on a much less stacked box. If they stack the box then we can go deep with different weapons.

Some trips with a single on the other side. Could leave for some favorable matchups

Miss that 30 yard TD run Mett had against Ole Miss? He's mobile. Short side option 4 life!!!

In all seriousness, 3 receiver sets with a fullback/tailback is my guess. The TEs leave a lot to be desired.

this is my guess too. landry, obj, and shepard will play the most? which one is the slot? or does boone/wright take one of the flanker positions which likely puts shepard on the bench and landry or obj to take slot?

While this three wideouts stuff has a lot of appeal, Leslie is still calling the shots.
Expect third and long with two tight ends and Liggens on the short side option.
Opposing defenses are just going to have to respect that...

Who ever is involved in the victory formation. We will run that play at 22 times year, maybe five against Ole Miss alone.

I hope this is our primary formation....Mett at QB, Whoever at RB, Copeland at FB, OBJ flanked out on one side in single coverage and Wright/Landry in the doubles on the other side. Boone and Shepard will fit into this mix as well.

I also like when we go two runningbacks, I know Copeland is a monster at FB and should be on the field in most running situations but when Hilliard/Hill/Ware is at FB with Blue/Ford/Magee/Shepard at RB it can be fun to watch.

LSU's most popular offensive personnel package is and will always be the backup QB.

will mett line up under center or shotgun most of the time?

and if the most popular formation is two back 3wide receiver, would you call it more pro style, or spread?

I'm guessing it will be the one that scores the most points and/or turns it over the fewest times.

Jarvis Landry and ODB and Mett - I can't wait to see what these guys are going to do.

See the Dallas Cowboys' offense of the early to mid 90s.

If so, how will this affect the recruitment of Smith?
