Any true, competent LSU fan doesn't hate AJ. They hate his play last year and thy fact that he didn't improve throughout the year. Brandon Harris also received a lot of hype so fans believe a change is necessary. Any legitimate fan doesn't care who plays, as long as it's better than last year. If Brandon Harris isn't better than AJ or neither get significantly better, it's not their fault, but the coaches for first recruiting them and then not developing and improving them.

This question will make me most unpopular among the Harris cultists around here. But I don't think we can rule out that it could happen.
Craig Krenzel won a national championship.
Then it would be a very special season.

If he shows up all season like a boss then people will forget about Harris.
I guess we will have to define what "playing like a boss" means. For the Harris fan boys to give Jennings credit he will have to be perfect. Personally I don't need to have either play prefect, just well enough for LSU to win will be ok with me.

If Jennings starts and plays like he did last year, I'll probably go numb.
I'm sorry but this is funny!!

I would be tickled to death...doesn't matter to me who steps up, but either Jennings or Harris has simply got to improve over what we have seen....
either one doing well would make me very happy....

If "ifs" were fifths, we'd all be drunk.

You know 30 TD's 0 picks and over 1k in rushing yards

There is another end of this question. If Jennings comes out as the starter and plays as badly as last season, is there ever a point that the Jennings fanboys start wanting a change at the position?

EVERYONE wanted to see Harris against Auburn. If Jennings's play is similar to 2014, it will happen and soon. Jennings should be an SEC-caliber QB next year. If he's not, it's time for a new direction.

He won't. He can't.
What if Eleanor Roosevelt had wings?

Yea...that noodle arm that keeps us from throwing anything over the middle is suddenly going to transform into a Brett Favre-esque cannon...ok

Is that a trick question?
It would be great!

That's what he is here for. Why is it supposed to be a surprise when a 4* plays to his potential?

true, he gave his all and is a very hard worker, good person etc., he certainly did not lose us the ND game, Ala game, Aub game or Miss st game, in fact he was often put in bad positions and did make some bad plays, but wow did he get too much blame...toough kid mentally, wish him the best
