If desean smith or Washington doesn't get any throws next year I would transfer and ask for an apology from les miles

We ran it once in our biggest blow out loss this year. We probably should gave used it more and wouldn't have been embarrassed by auburn. I think people think we do it so much because of the ULM game, basically that's all we ran.

Hard to catch when the db is pulling your jersey.

Look, the tes have been open all season. We need better qb play. You guys talk about going spread or running option, well the tes will never be thrown the ball.

Guys, we run out of the pro set. Just watch the fricking games for crying out loud.

We don't always just have TE, RB, FB, 2 WR. But that is what we run plays out of the most.

But that is just this season. Not all 10 years of Les Miles.

We most certainly do not run a pro set with a fb and rb parallel to each other.

Well we do run that. I just thought pro set and I were basically the same instead the fb isn't always lined up directly in front of the HB. And also uses the te or a 3rd wr moved out to the slot.

But we most definitely ran the backs split like that with Mett a lot and at times this season.

Na we dont run proset. We do run offset i formation.proset wouldve been a good idea though with hilliard and LF both in the backfield

I think we can all agree our offense was extremely hampered by qb play. It limits your play calling when your qb struggles to connect on simple passes. Then it seemed our wrs would get the drops when he finally made a good throw

Right but that was out of shotgun. So that was a two back shotgun formation.

What is this will of which you speak, that we are imposing on other teams this season?

We ran it down the throats of the 3 best defenses we played in the sec.

I guess I got the terms confused. But I agree with you on the wr routes. The pro style offense is usually anyone that runs the west coast offense or the air coryell offense. Which is exactly what Cam is a disciple of.

Being it's a lot harder to recruit a Mettenberger than a Harris/Jennings, shouldn't we maybe be running a offense that suits our personnel and the type of personnel we are likely to get in the future. Pure big dropback QB's are pretty scarce in the south especially. Maybe we should be running a NFL style offense that isn't necessarily a pro style. Maybe the west coast offense. Or run 'pro style' but more often out of the shotgun. Give up the idea that you have to establish the run before you can pass. Lot of things that the pros do now days as well as other major college programs.
