I pray LSU stands their ground again on this but the pressure not to get another Tiger will be more intense every time.

As long as LSU vet school treats it as a study of tigers, it is justified due to research at even the most liberal of levels. And it's my impression that this is what happens.

Like Realitytiger said lsu has covered there butts. If I'm not mistaken even Colorado state does research on mike. Also lsu gets tigers from overpopulated tiger sanctuaries and all money raised for mmike is through private donations.

PETA did the same last time we were looking for a Tiger. Their protests are just louder and more noticeable now with social media. LSU ignored them last time and will ignore them this time.

LSU isn't going to let that palatial tiger habitat go to waste. I hope we get a cub so he gets used to big crowds and loud noises early.
