If you're going to go be silly and go that far outside the box, I'll counter with Pete Dyakowski.
LINK

Not only was he an LSU lineman not too long ago, but he was crowned the smartest person in Canada in a nationwide contest by the Canadian Broadcast Corp.

LINK

So...
- LSU alum and OL starter
- Mensa level intelligence
- Gives good impromptu speeches (one of the "smartest person" challenges)... so has ability to communicate and motivate.
- Would open the Canada pipeline recruiting-wise.

Only minus is that he doesn't seem to be sporting that sweet mullet he used to rock... that, and the fact that he'd have to retire from the CFL. Otherwise, he's a slam dunk hire. Can't miss.

What about Ethan Suplee? He really had his shite together towards the end of Remember the Titans.
