I actually think our pitching was pretty good considering, Labas and Storz aren't playing on weekends yet.

Hilliard and Caleb were lights out and Hess only floated a few balls. If the youth can play better D and not make as many mistakes, we can make a solid run at this.

your Friday starter giving up that many homeruns.

OMG people. He gave up two homeruns Friday. One was in a bad pitch. The other one was on a pretty good pitch. Most times you don’t get a base hit off of that pitch, let alone a home run.

What is Hess’s ERA? If you’re ok with having him starting your weekend rotation, no problem with me. But In my opinion, he’s a closer & not a starting pitcher. He’s got some electric stuff & I like him a lot. Just not as a starter.

In the 5th 6th And 7 th innings, we should have tried a bunt to get someone on base to score, but we didn’t . Poor play calling

Why in all of the games Hess has pitched well in, no one mentioned “he’s not a starter “ after those games. Only after the 2 games where he didn’t pitch well. And btw he only gave up 4 runs Friday in a poorly pitched game where he only had one pitch and an umpire shrinking the zone.

Today the batters seemed to me to watch too many strikes go by them. Zach Watson struck out 3 times.

Yep, MA has completely taken over ALL LSU sports.

Nothing but BS excuses for losing from the Meek Geek Cheerleader squad on here.

We lost. That's OK. That's LSU Baseball. Go get em next time.

Someone remind these damn kids they ply for LSU. Some of this sloppy lazy play needs to be rewarded with some time on the pine.

Yes!!!! Absolutely they need to be reminded that they ply for LSU whose idiot fans, most of whom have never plyed any more significant baseball than t-ball will tolerate NO losses.

Mistakes are NOT allowed. Anybody that ever makes any mistake or plys less than the moronic fan base demands should be benched.

I'm glad we have the likes of Solo Cam around to remind us and the plyers that expectations must be met....OR ELSE!!!

Your fighting spirit is an inspiration to us all. Never, for you, the ignomy of second place. You, Solo Cam, are a Winner! This is why you made it all the way up the ladder to CEO of General Motors.

I’ve never seen a more idiotic and retarted approach at the plate. Our innings lasted about 3-5 minutes at the plate and not once was an adjustment made. Did CPM have a show he wanted to catch back at home? Was there a BBQ he needed to get to? First pitch take down the pipe second and third pitch swing nomatter where it’s pitched over and over and over again. That was about as piss poor an effort as I’ve ever seen on a baseball diamond.

I guess you forgot we only have 2 other catchers and, well, how do I say we are playing the best one by far.

This year the Tigers cain't hit their way out of a paper bag, against solid SEC pitching. It's pathetic, and a pain to watch.

We should have tried to bunt for a base hit? Which "plays" should have been called? How many baseball games have you watched in your life?

And we had more hits in the series.

And more runs. Losing a 4-2 game and a 1-0 game on the road to a top 5 team is nothing to be upset about

Not to mention when a pitcher is mowing you down then you try to bunt to get on. Of course, we never try that.
