Heh. Yep. I saw some of this 'classy' behavior by adults many years removed from college yesterday.
But I see the other side, too. I think that we all do. The admin is going to admin and the students will student. The band and the fans will continue to be further fricked.
I REALLY miss the songs that are gone. Listening to TGBFTL is the biggest reason that I always come back to TS, besides the game.
But TS is beginning to feel and sound less and less like home for me and mine. There's another thread on this, though. The band, the administration, and the students and their struggle is just a part of it.
Love the band. Love the SS. Love the traditions and love TS.
I hope that things don't change, musically, too much more.
That piped in shite is pure garbage.

Yea I'm a terrible fan as a senior who was screwed out of my student section tickets while looking at empty bleachers. I have no reason to be ticked at the ticket office for not giving me tickets but handing them out to no shows. I'm the worst.

That's not my issue that LSU screwed you over. Students are what keeps the University running - it's a school - who would want to come to LSU if there was no student section?

I hate the banning of songs but it's clear that the students are going to chant STTDB to something...anything. Maybe they should start kicking students out of the game if they sing STTDB and take away ticket privileges.
Otherwise, bring back all the songs and play Neck once a game so the students get it out of their system. If the admin just keeps banning songs, I hope the students chant STTDB during the opening notes of pregame whenever it's played.

Please explain how LSU screwed you out of season tickets. The only reason a student wouldn't get them is because they forgot to put in or they're not full time students.

STTDB is trashy ON PURPOSE!!!! It was created as a protest to the administration's banning of "oweo you suck!" The students will continue to chant it in protest until the administration unbans the songs. The administration will continue to ban songs because the students will keep chanting them. It's a snake eating its tail.
