Completely agree with this. STTDB is trashy unfunny, not creative and Id just as soon ban the students then have to hear that after every touchdown.

Uh, most of the empty sections are the designated grad school sections.

I'm quite far from 18 now, but I remember it pretty well. We were all 18...and others are going to be 18. I don't see the big deal.

Tiger Rag was banned because pregame is always taped by broadcasters.
The band's Post td dance was banned, but not because the students added 'you suck.' it's because they added 'cock' to the end.
Same thing for STTDB. It wasn't that huge of a deal until they added 'bitch'

Bingo! We're making headway & agree!
Point is, it doesn't look like "STTDB" is gonna' die off anytime soon, especially in response to the band withholding playing certain songs. You'd think someone in the band's administration would've realized this by now and given the go-ahead to play "Neck" et. al. since, even with the chant, they really add atmosphere to the games.

I was at a game, I think in 2004-05 where the whole stadium emptied except the student section because of a near monsoon. It was like that for an hour or so, can't remember specifically. Nobody left
