I'm pretty sure we're in agreement so I'm not sure what that list is supposed to prove. I'll assume that if you didn't list the round they were drafted it means they didn't go 1st or 2nd, and that's half the list.

I'd also venture to say those that did go in the first two rounds put up great sack totals and 40 times at the combine, confirming that Neal will need to have a better season next year than last, and put up good combine numbers.

If LSU does indeed have 7 players drafted in the first round next year then anything short of a SEC championship game apperance is unacceptable. That would be a total coaching failure.

uh, no sir, you mean National Championship game appearance...SEC title should be won.. period...

You still have to win a semi-final playoff game before getting to the NC game.

I'm being more realistic. It takes a little luck and lack of key injuries to make title game. There really should be no excuse for not making an apperance in the SEC championship game.

It is a joke. They had Keehn as the #1 rated punter not too long ago. They are full of shite.

But size-wise he's a tweener.

I get stay you're saying, but isht Elvis Dumerville 5'9 or 5'10? Neal has the intangibles to overcome his lack of measurables. Finds a way to make plays

That would be an unbelievable first round for LSU and LSU players if that's how it ended up being.

Man and there is a few prospects we were in a running for coming out of high school that was in that first round. Wow if we could hit on them we could have smashed records.

What I found was 6 by Miami and shows they hold record for players selected in 1st round in single draft also I believe record is 10 in two year span at least that's what I was able to find also I think they won the NC.

This roster might be able to beat most NFL teams!
How about we beat Arkansas first?

Dumervil is about 5'11", had 30+ career sacks in college, and was a 4th round draft pick.
