Perhaps top-5 is still a stretch. In 2005, Saban's name did not have the cachet it has today. Today, Saban is a multi-NC coach. In 2005, Saban was an NFL aspirant.
Also, Saban's recruiting is given more credence today than in 2005. We seem to burnish LSU's status in 2005 with Saban's status today.
Revisionist history folks.

Holy shite. Not one time did he say Hester sucked. Bruh all you do is make shite up to get offended by. I made a thread saying Saban shouldnt have lost 3 games in 2001 and you took it as me saying Miles is better than Saban. You need a break from here.
