They started planning all of that today. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they started planning over the weekend. As soon as its announced they will announce the ticket plan. All of the workers have already been given word to be prepared. The game will happen when ESPN wants it to, which will be at 11

Who goes into the noon eastern TV slot?
Espn will air a game in that slot. And it will involve an SEC team.

LSU will not tell ESPN when to play, ESPN will tell LSU when to play this game. Not that I think it would be at 11 since I assume ESPN is trying to work with the teams. But if ESPN wanted it at 11 I see no possibility of anyone changing that

it could happen at 11 but alleva will try for 6pm because of logistics and making sure everything goes off without a hitch

Kind of has to. Time will be the same and the Fournette factor and the sympathy factor will guarantee massive ratings. Plus, no other decent game at that time.

All depends on the contractual agreement between LSU/USCe and ESPN.

If the venue has to be here I'd imagine ESPN can't really dictate when the game is played, unless they want to foot the bill for much of the workforce
