Trying to remain calm about the offense, the defense are big fans of it already.

Every year, Spring ball comes around with promises of a new offense. It'll be a little hard this time to contain my enthusiasm for real offensive change. The 1st teamers on defense having to go up against this offense are sold on it already. That's especially good to hear considering the lack of the true starting five on the O-line due to injuries. Donnie Alexander is a fan as per Twitter. Bring on the change.

Canada has us in the right direction. I love it. No doubt in my mind either that Orgeron is giving Canada complete control.

As long as we have Aranda the defense will never suck.

Defense will definitely take a step back this year. Hard to replace so much loss of experienced players on D.

You have probably already saw some of the Offense in the Bowl Game as Ensminger ran about 10 different Formations. If you wanted the Spread it was in the Bowl Game. You probably going to see more of those Formations and more. Most OC's like that run about 18 Formations give or take. I think Canada is probably a good OC but the combination of Canada and Ensminger is going to be really special.

This is great to hear. This can only make both sides of the ball better. The offense playing against one of the best young defensive minds in the game and the Defense now trying to react to one of the best offensive minds. The spring game maybe fun if Coach O makes this a real scrimmage.

Biggest thing will be who will step up? Last year countless big plays on 3rd down were made by Beck, Adams, Riley and/or White. Who does that now in the running game, slicing through dropping someone behind the LOS? Or breaking up a big pass? Talent level is there, but the names aren't as 'known' simply due to PT. I think it will be more challenging for DA, but we definitely have the RIGHT guy pushing the buttons!

Fify. But I'm in the same boat. I got nervous watching last season just waiting for Les and cam to walk out with JA like j/k they are back

I am excited for the potential.
I am cautious about too much.
I am still haunted by the past.

It may take a couple games of lights out offense for me to shake the nerves I had with a Les offense the last few years

So, Les is still running Cams offense?

I thought they hired some guy named Canada, no?

Wait! Wasn't Les fired for the offensive play calling?

......dude, it's over.

A lot of big talk from LSU coaches. I will wait and see. Big winds come from empty caves.

I said nothing negative. Im just tempering expectations. Im very optimistic and think we will see improvement.

I just chose to reserve judgement until I see it with my own eyes instead of taking people's words who I have never met and have a vested interest in building the hype.

calm down champ.

I care less about schemes, more about productivity.

I'm hopeful, because we have a good back with Guice, and a pass-catch combo with Etling to Chark that seems to work.

Last year we had Fournette, but Harris to Dupre didn't click. Honestly, though Harris had the better numbers, it seemed like he never had the connections to a WR than even Johnson had with Dural... better % but no rhythm.
