Dude, you're full of shite. Most of those skills won't translate to points on a basketball court but I'll bet you can't find 3 NBA players that can dribble 2 balls between their legs at the same time.

Not true! Check out LSU's BB team. Their biggest problem IMO is their lack of ability to manufacture a shot. Everything is conventional. The shots are easy to block, no fakes, double-pumps, etc.

Alot of college players still can't even dribble sufficiently to their left

The kid is gifted. No doubt. However, Steve Nash can definitely do all of that and more. Check out some of the videos of him on-line. There is one of him skateboarding through a city dribbling a basketball off of the street and off walls while skateboarding through traffic.

Comparing any kid that age to NBA players is stupid, anyway. I watch a lot of youth basketball and that kid's dribbling and passing are excellent for that age. Even the great athletes at 12 can't really dribble well yet.

The announcer almost makes this unwatchable.

Also - what makes this kid a "hero" for the local news?

kid has skills, though.

The reporter for this video made me want to jump off a cliff. I didn't know if I was watching a kid playing basketball or a three ring circus.
