You'll be spoiled for life...so don't do it. I did it once. Seriously...everyone needs one shot at this.
Like watching an LSU game with all the comforts of home combined with all the food you could possibly want (and more) and the experience of Tiger Stadium.
You get off the elevator and find a table full of more food than you've ever seen at the biggest wedding reception you've ever been to...so you are impressed with the amount and variety of food they provide. Unless you have been informed....little do you know that this is just the pre-game food. They bring the main course to your room at halftime. I like the fact that you have regular seats to sit in and you aren't watching the game behind some glassed in area. Makes you feel like you are in the stadium and part of the crowd. Need to use the restroom? No problem....you may miss one play. TV monitors everywhere so you can easily see all of the replays.
Enjoy.

What kind of douche steals alcohol from a suite that your friends have already paid for??
Suites are nice. Like others have said. Diff atmosphere. Free food and drinks. I too like suites better for the cupcake games vs the good ones I like being in the bowl.

Been in the Eagle 98.1 suite a couple of times thanks to a great friend and really enjoyed the food and drink. Like others said, I made my rounds and talked and introduced but was there for the game. Few stares with all my yelling so not quite comfortable but allin all a great experience and I believe you really will enjoy. Have a great time.

I sat in one for the very first time in Jerry's world for the LSU/TCU game in Arlington and it was all free! Had the best time ever! Only 2 of LSU fans & 19 TCU fans in the suite with us! Got to meet Jay Novacheck as well 3X SuperBowl winner in the suite...

Any particular attire frowned upon/suggested?
Just dont look like trash
food and alcohol are free...don't get to drunk..I've seen some people really embarrass themselves in both suites and the club.. Its like a kid in a candy store the first you can openly drink in Tiger Stadium.
The suites and club open 3 hours before the game.. The suites have more tickets than actual seats so unless you know the owner, be mindful of where you sit.

Just as you I lucked into some suite tickets for the ULM game a few years ago. It's definitely something to say you have done. But I wasn't really that wowed with it. The food was blah at best. The best thing they had was some awesome homemade brownies. It was mighty nice to not have to wait on line for a coke ( its self serve ) and the bathroom
Was literally 50 ft away. I would like to sit up there for a big game to see if the atmosphere would get any better.

Y'all make it sound like such a big deal. Maybe I'm spoiled, but it's nothing spectacular. It's a game with food and drinks

Everyone has answered about the food and drinks. But the best thing to me is the bathrooms. Clean, close, and air conditioned.

If you're in the suite, alcohol IS free.

No. It's not. Someone in the suite provided that alcohol.
Yeah, I know...but in the situation like this, they will not be asked to pay anything. Nothing is ever really FREE.
And what CarRamrod said.

My point was that the suite will only have what was supplied by the owner(s). There is no open bar with the your imagination being the only limitation.

He's an idiot. The food is provided by LSU (technically an outside vendor). You can request or deny certain items but the food is coming no matter what.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied with meaningful posts. Much appreciated!
Tickets were given to me by an LSU Med School Alum, though in talking with him it seems he's not 100% sure who the suite owners are either.
Bringing the wife and another couple and our hopes are to try to mix in and socialize as to not seem rude but the focus will be the game and the Tiger Stadium experience. So if the other occupants of the suite seem too high class for this former Chalmation, then sitting outside enjoying the game with refreshments and clean restrooms nearby doesn't seem like a bad way to spend a Saturday evening to me!

If you go on Sunday evening you'll be disappointed.

There is actually a list with choices for the season that comes before the first game. You pick what you want or don't want. At least that's how they used to do it.

I'd say so too. Fixed my error above.

Been up there a number of times. I would rather be in nosebleed with the fans.
It is comfortable and easy, and you can drink and eat, but it does not feel like a football game. Many people there are more or less indifferent to play on the field. It's fun the first time. It just does not feel like Tiger Stadium to me.

Food and alcohol is both free.
Great for non cupcake games because tv's are on inside to watch other games.
Also if you have an SRO ticket leave the seats for the reserved holders.
When you find out the suite post it here and maybe someone will know the owner
