So I lucked into 4 free suite tickets for this weekend's game. (yeah yeah. I know it's only Kent St. But hey, it's free!)

Not sure of where this particular suite is. Didn't ask. Just said "hell yeah" when offered to me.

Anyone care to let me know what I'm in for?

Any particular attire frowned upon/suggested?
Food/drinks/alcohol served(free? Yes/no)
Any advice on getting there at a certain time?

And lastly, any help with parking would be great. Can't make it a full day of tailgating. Expecting to get there at 4 by the latest.

Thanks in advance.

If you're in the suite, alcohol IS free. Stadium Club, it is not.

If your tickets say "SRO" on them, don't be taking up all of the seats.

Hopefully someone will be there to welcome you and show you around and such...but it all varies.

I'd actually rather sit in suites for a shite game than an important one.

Been several years since I've been to a game and sat in row YY that time. So I'm hoping for a much more enjoyable experience this time. Just have no earthly idea where I'm going and where to park.

Heard a lot changed this year with the parking situation. This is my biggest concern, especially with not being able to get there very early.

Suites = Free food and booze.

Definitely a different experience. I got to meet Shaq, but for the most part the suite I was in everyone just wanted to stay inside and socialize while only a handful of us were outside (it was against ULL).

At that time I would park downtown at the Capital House and take the bus for $10/person.

I wasn't in the suite but did stadium club seats vs Arkansas one year several years back. I was all excited for it.

Unfortunately, the fans are not into the game and I felt like I was really one of the only few that paid any attention to the field. Only plus was available alcohol.

I vowed to never sit there again, but if given free tix I would go to a game like kent st. and have fun. I would never sit there for a major game.

Let us know your thoughts after the game!

The chocolate fountain and ice cream sundaes in the common area are good. Free food and booze (including buffet style in common area). Seats are located in front of the suites, TVs, climate controlled, and seating in the actual suite, also Hawthorne piped in if you desire.

I quite enjoyed my experiences in the suites.

I love it. Especially for a game like this. Sit on the couch, keep up with other games on tv, drink and eat like a pig. Jeans and a collared shirt are ok IMO. Both food and drink are free in every suite I have been to. There is also food in the common spaces too. Hit all that. A few hotties wandering around too, bored with mommy and daddy.

If you're getting free suite tickets ask for the parking pass.

No. It's not. Someone in the suite provided that alcohol.

Me too actually. I sat last week and you don't pay as much attention. Food and drink is free (alcohol included). It is fun. Where what you want. It is a little awkward if you dont know the people around you. Have a great time.

Lots of free alcohol. I was at the Abita suite one year and almost died of alcohol poisoning. Also stole two fifths of jack.

In the suite that I have been to, there are about 20-22 seats outside the suite, but there are about 25 people in the suite...so you may not want to plant yourself in a seat the whole game. Feel it out.

I've worn shorts and t-shirt up there, especially in this heat.

Food is good and lots of it. Good ice cream and desserts, etc.

Don't forget to tip the bartender (early in the game if you don't plan to be in that suite anytime soon)

You can get into the game as much as you want, or sit inside and watch it on TV...your call.

Yes, food and alcohol are free to guests.

Completely within your discretion. Lines at the suite elevator banks can sometimes be lengthy.

Tha answer to this question entirely depends upon who owns the suite, what ambiance they establish, and your relationship to the owner. I've been in suites where everyone is wearing business casual and I've been a guest at suites populated by fans wearing traditional gameday t-shirts and attire.

Again, your experience completely depends on who owns the suite and what tenor they set. Most of my suite experiences have been fairly boring and oppressive. But one or two companies/owners essentially host kick-arse parties in their suites every weekend.

if you go that route someone in that suite also provided the food.
