For those who don’t remember, the Tiger Stadium music was upgraded significantly last October, and we went undefeated at home the rest of the way, including big wins over SEC West foes Auburn, Arkansas, and Texas A&M.

Good times

Wondering if anyone close to the situation can share with us any changes or further improvements for 2018...

I knew the loss to Troy was a result of poor piped in music.

The organic 'electric' atmosphere that has made Tiger Stadium the most feared place to play is being destroyed by music upgrades.

We only go undefeated at home if everyone cheers STTDB at least once a game.

Also "Bitch, I'm from Louisiana" needs to go. It already sounds retarded, especially being half the team is not from Louisiana, but being it's also the radio edited version, it makes it sound even more retarded

Bitch I’m from Louisiana to start the game is fine. It gets the team and students jacked. It flows pretty well during a normally dead time. But after that any kickoffs post touchdown or field goal should have oweo

Call me old but the only music you need is THE BAND.

Add in 80k well lubricated fanatics and generous amounts of Jack Daniels.

It was enough to make the earth shake in the 80s.

Now we have 20k more "fans" and piped in music.

STTDB.

Yea, that's pretty silly to play when Saban is kicking our arse with a gump roster littered with Louisiana talent.

Your suggestions were great and sounds like they were heard.

The upgrades I referenced included more band and less piped-in music. And the piped-in songs they did play were noticeably better. The band added a new song that the fans and players seemed to like instantly. They also changed the intro song to a cover version of “Eye of the Tiger”. It made for a much better entrance.

Here is the song the band started playing at last year’s Auburn game. It was hard to find on YouTube.

I don't mind the piped in music as I'm sure the players prefer it, but they do need to update the songs. Most of the songs they play are old and outdated, IMO they should let the players choose a list of songs to be used during the game.

it's not a nightclub - it's Tiger Stadium.

Let the band play, with an occasional (and I mean occasional) piped in song.
