All of you complaining about music sound like old grumpy men. This is what hypes the players and students up. The band is badass and should play still but y’all act like music is soooo bad. Players don’t get hyped up when they hear the band. They want to hear some good, new music!

then go to a nightclub.

It's a college football game, with all the tradition and pageantry that started many decades ago. Don't pollute that with a nightclub vibe.

Again, add an occasional piped-in song, but other than that, let the band play.

So whats gonna get players more amped up for a big third down? The band or a newish song that they all like and probably listen to while getting amped up pregame...

I know the guy who sell ya the music. We worked at the UREC together. He is an assistant athletic director now. Kh

Tell him I love that he played the intro to Stevie B's "I wanna be the One" in Tiger Stadium and Alex Box. It should be played a few times every season.

That's a good one that many 35-55 yr old fans will appreciate.

I’d say it should be like 60/40 band to piped in music. More first downs = more band. More TDs = more band.

If the offense would do better, the band would get played.

Not to rain on your parade but Tiger Stadium is a damn nightclub. Everyone is drunk and rowdy it’s awesome. Better music and better play would just amp it up

if our players are listening to music instead of focusing on the call from the sidelines, reading the opposition's formation, and mentally preparing for the play before a big third down, then we have a big, big problem.

The music in the stadium is far more geared toward the 100,000 paying customers, rather than 85 players, who should be focusing on other things.

The sound system and scoreboards are still a joke compared to most other conference schools.
