Y'all all bitch too much about the stadium's hue and crap. I thought this was a damn football stadium and not a fashion show.

Really?

Then why even bother putting in arches. Why not make it a steal structure with seats and suits at the top.

Get real.

I believe that this was seriously considered years ago.

I'm interested to see if this helps 2nd half attendance.

Are the arches and small circle window stucco?

It gets excessive when we're worrying about the exact shade of grey the concrete is instead of the design of the stadium. I'm very excited about the architecture and design but bitching about the colors of the stadium is dumb in the grand scheme of things.

Saw Joe Alleva outside the Athletic Admin building on Friday while waiting for son and family members to show up for graduation.

Asked him how it was coming and he said "great ... August 22 is the expected completion".

All I could think was "it'll never be ready in time"!

Those are cell antennas, not for wifi FWIW. But yes, hopefully it does help fans stick around so they can play on their phones and text and not feel like they are missing out.

Just seems like it would be so easy to improve the ugly west side with bricked arches that would hide the ramps.... Can't some architect come up with a decent plan for improvement to tie it all in???

Is it really going to be white on the south, brown on the west , and gray on the north and east?

I totally agree with these 2 comments!!

—LSU has collected a lot of money from us fans over the years and it looks like they're making a Frankenstein of Tiger Stadium. I always really liked the design of the Original Tiger Stadium , which we only can see on NEZ.

—The SEZ looks ok, but the color is totally a Beige/Sand. Not even close to the NEZ. Or the West & East sideline which is just a light gray and dirty too. What's up with that? Come on LSU.

—The west side of the stadium has those ugly gates with all these names on them. That add's to the cheap design. Like Alex Box, but worst. It looks like a High school with a aluminum siding budget. And those letters on the side "Tiger Stadium" it looks small and the fonts is not very old school traditional LSU. (Just my opinion)

—Don't even look at the east side, wow it's BAD.

I think let them finish. We have the NEZ original part. The East and West Side Additions and now the SEZ Expansion. I would think in time they will try to bring it all together somehow.

pretty good skills. actual screen dimensions are 68' 2" wide by 39' 7" tall. Vise should probably get back to work.

What a stupid thing to say. You do realize that all three upper decks have been built in the last 15 years dont you? Its amazing how they designed the 3 to look nothing like each other.

I walked by the stadium today and noticed new signage they recently put up. The plaques have been there for a few months
