Thanks!...sorry I missed it from other posts.

Maybe if I ever find time to post 2K+ messages a year I won't miss anything.

Well, you sure were here enough to pick up on the fad of bitching about ad clutter.

Look, that wasn't aimed at you directly, but it's getting ridiculous the amount of ignorant jabs people take at the situation.

1.) We took down the South Endzone scoreboard, which had many ads.
2.) We still had marketing contracts with these companies, and had to squeeze in what they paid for on the only remaining billboard.
3.) We add in TWO scoreboards to the south endzone, splitting up those ads to only 4 small static signs per board.

It's not a matter of "Oh man, I have a life, so I can afford to be ignorant of the facts before I go about bashing on a message board I rarely visit". It's a matter of being observant in the real world.

Again, not directed towards you solely, just built up frustration. Sorry to offend.

Any word if the men's restrooms will get troughs or not?

I talked to some guys doing the plumbing, they said it will be urinals, not troughs. This info is word of mouth, so I'm not sure how reliable it is. But it's all I got.

Tiger Stadium Construction Update 05/13/14

mother fricker is going to be so loud. Bama game will be absolutley insane.

It is my fervent hope that Keehn drops a coffin corner punt on the bama one-inch line at the SEZ side, and bama's new QB has to contend with the SEZ crowd!

Big !

I'm not sure of the exact dimensions.
I'll see what I can find out. I should have the answer pretty soon.

I would love to see what sort of "marketing contract" stipulated that 50% of any future HD VIDEO SCREENS would need to be plastered with static ads for 95% of the time during a game in the stadium.

Who the frick agreed to such a contract?

In this pic, if you look at the guy to the right you can tell it's huge. Someone with way more skills than me could use an average man's height of 6' and probably come up with an estimate.

Kinda looks like you walk through a door and piss off the side of the stadium. (Team busses parked under?)

The bottom of the scoreboard on the SE side has 4 boxes on the bottom of them. I'm guessing that's the 4 ad locations someone earlier spoke of?

Oh and for those asking about the size of the score board. I haven't got any actual measurements yet. But I can tell you the white "4 white ad boxes" on the bottom are over 6' tall.

Edit: just got close to them. I'd say they're approx 8' tall and 12' long. That should help you size up the actual big screen

People Keep saying this, However it only possibly could explain the Wrap on the NEZ score boards extended speaker system. The adds people Keep referring to are the digital Coke/Mc Donald's/peoples health adds that are taking up half of the Big HD screen. These adds have ran since its instillation a few years ago. Long before the SEZ project. With that notion and line of thought, Why wouldn't they fill up half of the actual electronic part of the screen of the new ones? to go along with the static ones? I mean there was a static Coke and Mc Donalds add on the side of the NEZSB as well as digital ones on the screen.

because, and again this is per lsu, there were existing marketing contracts in place before the new NEZ scoreboard was built. They had to honor the contracts which is why they had to keep ads up on the digital portion of the screen as well. That contract should be up by now though.

Again thats just the company line. Believe or it not, hell im not even sure i do.
