Whatever. They're sprucing up the loudest first half stadium in the world. Kudos to the ad.

Fixing the windows, cleaning the facade, adding the southern expansion.
Idgaf what else he does. He's a winner in my book.

I've made a career out of this in graphic design.

Im a graphics guy myself who has done channel letters for multiple sign companies. There is no way those letters need to be any bigger. Any bigger and it would just be tacky. The kerning is really just a matter of personal preference. I've always liked the look of all caps letters being super spaced out on buildings. I think they are going to look great. Well sized and will fit the space nicely.

Any reason why this is only being done this week and now a damn hurricane is coming which I can't imagine helps hanging enormous letters 100 feet off the ground?

Thats been the million dollar question why LSU always waits to the last possible minute for all the construction projects.

It was a good month after bayou country fest before the first fence barricade went up.

The game probably won't even happen this weekend, so hopefully they'll have time before the Washington game.

Or it'll just be Tiger Stad.

I wouldn't say PROBABLY but there's a chance. I'll put it at 20% chance of being cancelled as of now.

They did not start a month after Bayou Country Fest. In fact, they started at least a month before the fest. Here is a photo from a week before BCS.

You can see they already have all the foundations poured for the columns.

Here is the first LSU photo gallery in late April showing the start of the project:

That's a two month swing from when you claim they placed the first fencing barricade.

I think it's looking really good. If we could just get different windows for that side, it would look pretty damn good.

The storm should be gone Thursday night so I doubt it's cancelled

The brackets should be able to handle at least 105mph winds.
