Maybe meant they are making a jump to a mid major conference where they would have a slightly better chance of winning.
I guess this is where we mention that Sumlin never won CUSA.

Afraid of Texas? What a stupid thing to say. No one is afraid of a free win every year.

I understand that but I don't believe that's where the animosity from the fans comes from. If hedve been a position coach or something nobody'd care. He was very important to us that's how a lot of our fans are. My point is he's at a&m they're no threat to us or anyone els there's no reason to be classless and bitter towards him. A&m fans obsess over us no need to return the favor.

Why don't they talk about our graduation rate and what Coach (Kevin) Sumlin has help these young people not just come to Texas A&M, but leave here better, leave here with a degree, leave here better spiritually
As long as they aren't QB's lol

If I saw Chavis jump I'd be quite concerned about the safety of the planet, at least at the area where he was landing.....Think it would move the seismograph?
LMFAO

The leadership we have, coaches put in place. He's put it in place. Our kids are leaving here with degrees, some going to the NFL, and they're leaving as better men. You don't get a chance to see that, because you don't see the inner-workings.
Please chief, full us in on the stats and include all of your precious classes.
Tell us how videos of sumlin too drunk to walk is creating better young men. How bout that D? It totally sucked last year but you claim you had great young men.

Guess Johnny manziel, speedy noil, etc. don't count right? Sumlin is the epitome of a "friend" coach who cares more about being a cool guy than actually developing his players' character

They have been saying this the last 50 years about A&M.
Posted on 5/19/16 at 5:28 pm to geauxtigers87
Most are getting degrees elsewhere after transferring from that dumpster fire and the biggest name to come from A&M recently is still on a two year alcohol and blow bender that has ruined his career/life. Safe to say this is just typical coach speak

To be fair, his parents raised him to be that way so they probably are delusional enough to blame sumin..

His defenses were soft and got exposed. His last very good defense was 12. 14 benefited from a very ball controlled TOS dominant offense.
Aggies unit wasn't bad but is exactly what it was here. Good third downs until last part of games and prone to giving up yardage and ground game.

Majority of the success on the dline came with players already at LSU.
So, im not worried about tamu. His defense can't stop power run teams, I don't think they have the horses and chavis will continue to recruit for speed over size.

Who is that passed out on the ground Kenny Hill?

That's a good point Chavis made about what people focus on relative to different negative and positive aspects. The players in Haiti just don't generate as much buzz as Johnny Football gossip, controversies, negative stories in general. A big part of it is "dirty laundry" as Don Henley put it. Many people like to focus on the negativity (or perceived negativity) of others to feel better about themselves.

The only thing I can say to this is now the people at TA&M know what 3rd and Chavis means.

Texas A&M's Defense was better than LSU's last year in 3rd Down Conversion Percentage.
3rd Down Conversion Pct Defense
Texas A&M - .330
LSU - .357
