it's that this team is merely achieving to it's potential. it was SUPPOSED to be this good. our talent and returning starters had everyone saying that we were this good.

where did i say that this team looks the same? i'm saying that you have a small sample size against underwhelming competition. so to say that CEO has proven himself in any capacity as doing anything other than being better than miles is fallacious logic.

sure the team looks different. they're passing more. they're more aggressive. but will it beat Alabama?

once again, the audition isn't, is CEO better than the last days of Miles. Is he the best man for the job?

giving bama a game doesn't change the fact that ole miss is now 3-4. it's the sec every team can give someone a game every week.

LSU was a consensus national title contender before the season. I think our average preseason ranking was #3. Almost everyone looked at our roster, the return of LF7, the incoming DC, and said, "this is a team that could and should make the playoffs".

Miles in the offseason, made no changes, gambled on Harris, and we lost two early. So it's either our players weren't as good as we said they were, or miles had lost the team.

So based on prior seasons and Miles' obstinance. Miles was fired. CEO is in now, and it appears we're playing better. It was Miles. Not the players. our players were what we thought they were.

So tell me, should the consensus #3 talented team beat missouri, USM and ole miss? should it even matter who's coaching the team for this to happen?


the point is that we don't know any more about CEO being right for the job than we did three games ago. We'll know more after bama. But this team was supposed to be undefeated going into bama. that's what we prognosticated at the beginning of the season

I swear to god, I guarantee you my IQ and education level is significantly higher than yours. LSU football is fun to watch again. Om has a damn good football team and has lost close games to good teams. LSU beat them badly, and if not for a few tough breaks, could have been a whole lit worse. Right now O is earning this job. Obviously that could change, but I'm going to enjoy it while I can instead of worry about something I can't control. Tell me, who do you want as coach, since obviously you don't want O.
