Mettenberger was who he is now before Cam Cameron.

Mett couldn't even read a frickin corner blitz coming from off the slot in 2012 before Cam got on campus in 2013. He got absolutely smashed several times because he struggled with presnap reads. It's funny how people always reach for this shitty reasoning but they forget Mett's shitastic performances & struggles reading SEC defenses in road games at Florida & Auburn in 2012. Cam came in & cleaned that aspect of Mett's game up & is one of the biggest reasons why the Tigers converted more 3rd downs than any other team in the nation in 2013.

So, you think our offense teaches QBs to read defenses well? You think we have done a good job of coaching up our QBs in which of the last 7 years? My guess is only Mett's years, but I will hang up and listen to your response.

This coming from a guy who was too dumb to go to LSU? Bradshaw's ignorance is legendary. You know what maybe he should teach Harris how to read defenses. Terry was a good player; he does not need to trash LSU. Does he really believe Cameron can't teach? He seemed to work wonders with Mett.

Arkansas - 22 attempts
Auburn - 10 attempts
Bama - 26.

I'll give you Bama, but saying LSU attempted a"ton" of passes vs arky is just plain dumb.

Bro you get better doing that with reps in the offseason.

Unfortunately Bradshaw isn't wrong. I've thought this for a while. QBs for other teams improve over the season, LSU's seem to stay the same. The one exception being Mett. Everyone else has been pretty linear.

Everyone knows this to be the truth yet fail to acknowledge what's right in front of them. It baffles me that some people can actually watch a game and come away with a completely different outlook of that very game that just played right in front of their eyes.

First off, Terry is a dumbass. Secondly, he has no frickin room to talk. He should know better with how shitty he played for his 5 years in Pittsburgh that it takes awhile to develop as a quarterback. I guess Hall of Fame coach Chuck Noll would be considered an idiot by the Rant too because he consistently benched Bradshaw in those first 5 years. I guess Noll was piss poor in his QB development too in those first 5 years with Bradshaw.

quote:

“There were so many defining moments. I was in and out of the lineup for five years and I was demanding to be traded,” Bradshaw said. “I didn’t understand the coach. I wonder why was the city so hateful to me. I never understood it all.”

Out of all people, Bradshaw should understand the effects of stupid comments & stupid fans. All the shite he went through hasn't taught him a damn thing. Best thing he could have done was keep his mouth shut about the situation.

quote:

Bradshaw said he always felt like he was never appreciated here, but he was tough and he learned how to survive.

“I had to get tough mentally to survive and I did and I am very proud of myself for being able to handle all of that stuff,” Bradshaw said. “So, in the end, it’s now fun and games.”

Bradshaw said it still hurts him to think how some of the fans were, but he has chosen to move on and turn his life around. He admits it wasn’t easy.

It couldn't have been a footwork issue Cam cleaned up with him. Naw, couldn't have been that. Just reps only.

Pretty sure there's going to be no argument that Jamarcus Russell improved from 2004 to 2005 to 2006….

His footwork was not fine. Mett was inaccurate at times in 2012, not just on deep throws either. He also struggled making presnap reads especially corner blitzes. You try again.

I never said he didn't struggle making reads on corner blitzes that has nothing to do with footwork. I was commenting on your post about deep throws. Get your shite straight hoss
