Seriously, I'm good. Your pity is wasted.

So, are you going to accept the bet?

In lieu of starting a thread on this, I'll ask it in here: is there anyway to tell which day LSUs first CWS game would be on? Saturday or Sunday?

how can i accept the bet when i stated (this is the third time now...or is it the 4th, i'm losing track) that i didnt think there would be any worries of games getting cancelled.

not to mention you posed a bet on a message board which gives me douchechills just thinking about it.

bap is a jabroni that doesn't even go to the coaches meetings. Why are you wasting your time with this bandwagoner?

The other day, I was talking about the 1968 season and he couldn't even tell me who lead the team in RBIs that year. Pathetic.

No that will be decided by ESPN. Usually the Super Regionals that start on Friday (which we don't know yet either) would have their winners play on the 1st day of the CWS. But that's not always the case.

You made a bet that no one seriously cared about. You made a bet to make a bet and to try and make a point about something that was irrelevant.

Honest question; I googled and couldn't find the answer-

What are the procedures if a regional just can't be played? Do they pack up the four teams and bus them to a location where they can and just cram in a bunch of 7-inning games in 2 days? Do they just take the highest ranked team and send them to the supers?

I don't know that it has ever happened, but surely the NCAA has a rule in place in the case that it does happen?

So basically the same forcast for every summer day in South Louisiana since forever? Afternoon thunderstorms that will last 20-30 minutes/day and we will go back to baseball.

If there's a thunderstorm, it will be much longer than 20-30 minutes since a 30-minute wait is required for every strike within 8 miles.

You are correct. I never thought about it that way

Good Lord man, its not a big deal to discuss the possibility of weather interfering with the regional. It's just something to keep an eye on for frickssake, no one is panicking or suggesting we move the regional.

You realize that a 1 hour delay could seriously affect the pitching right? So weather is a factor. Is that really so difficult to grasp?
