Whenever I talk coaching to fans of other teams in other states they usually praise Les Miles. After I explain how a lot of fans wanted him gone after the national championship loss they usually laugh and say send him to my school.

And Urban nearly lost to a horrible Meeeechigan team.
You can't get rid of Les (and I don't want to) unless you get someone better. Who's better? Who is better and could sustain it for 10 years? He does stupid stuff, but the upside is better than the downside.

Ask ArKansas if they would take him. There's 5 or 6 schools in the SEC that would jump on him if he were available.
