I was amazed that he was not sold on Brady Hoke. Said he would take Les in a heartbeat. When he asked me what I thought of Les, I had no answer. There are games that are so good and then there is the Ole Miss game.
You just can't explain Les.

I thought Hoke was "one of the Michigan guys."
Thought he was a good fit.

Hoke hasn't done a very good job at Michigan. He's getting outrecruited and has poor on field results. Most teams would love to have a coach like Miles.

I really feel like he's putting a square peg in a round hole putting Devin Gardner in a pro-style offense.

97.57% of college programs would take Miles over who they have. You may not like the way he leads his team to victory sometimes but winning is what it's all about

and he doesn't come across as a scumbag which helps too

I'm pretty interested to see how he does gojng forward. 2011 was huge for them but these past two years have been pretty underwhelming.

Probably a high % ... but nowhere close to wherever you got that number.

Actually, I think it is a low percentage. I think it is closer to 99%. What program wouldn't want an average of over 10 wins per year, 2 SEC titles (toughest conference in USA), 1 BCS national title, 2 BCS appearances, a 12-0 regular season, etc? All while Nickie is coaching in our league. I can tell you any program in Texas would take Miles over their current coach in a heartbeat. Miles = winner.

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't there over 200 teams in division 1? His number isn't far off.

I don't think they think he's an idiot. I think, like most of us Tiger fans, we just can't explain some of the things he does. I'm glad he's our coach, but sometimes, I still I want to strangle him.

U cant explain miles at times – I think rabalias article in the Sunday paper referencing “crazy ivans’ from the hunt for red October says it all. He just needs good OC and DC around him to talk him off the ledge ….. I will take him tho

They have steadily gotten worse each year he has been there.

They should have lost to Northwestern as well.

It is actually the media who loves Les more than anyone. He makes their job so easy.

You can't see why he's not sold on Hoke and you aren't sold on Miles? There's this thing called perspective.
