TAF game trip question

Because it's after 5 and I'm too lazy to call, does anyone know if these trips are tax deductible for any portion? It sure seems like a lot of money, $600 per person, for 2 nights in a hotel/tickets/and a ride to the game.

The rooms in that hotel for those 2 nights are $219 per night. I know it includes a game ticket. So call it $150 per the ticket (totally pulling that out of my arse). They said pregame tailgate, let's call it $50 per person for that. I'm still missing like $350 for 2 people. Am I missing something...?

I think if you're just buying a travel package there is nothing considered a donation so no tax deduction like season tickets.
I also believe the trips are through the alumni association. Haven't been on one but heard good things. They set up travel, hotel, ticket, pregame party.

It's alumni association.
I did one game with them (2011 Oregon) and it was awesome. They take care of everything. Would highly recommend. Probably wouldn't do an away game any other way at this point unless you have more than 4 people in your entourage.
