We don't deserve to go. Should have beaten the hellnout of UF, but no we couldn't do it.

Same number of losses and they beat us head to head. I don't think we jump Auburn. We played one less game also.

If LSU can give some sign of confidence that LF7 will play, that might tip it to LSU.

Auburn deserves it over us. Beat us head to head.

ETA: That being said, I'll be in the Dome if we make it.

I know. Auburn or Florida both got the advantage over us. Sad to say. While we may have the same records, they swept us.

It's rankings. Head to head means nothing. We got this.

If it were a selection process, that's how it would go.
The question is, how do the pollsters view Auburn losing 2/3 (one of them to damned UGA) to finish the season and LSU making headlines (in a positive light, for the most of the media) to end the season?

I think Auburn stays ahead of LSU, but it'll be close.

I think the Sugar bowl would prefer Auburn. LSU doesn't bring tourists. They beat us head to head as well.

LSU
It’s not often a four-loss team sneaks into the Sugar Bowl — in fact, it hasn’t happened since four-loss Florida State was invited 14 years ago (the Seminoles lost to Georgia, 26-13) — but there’s a surprisingly easy path to New Orleans for the Tigers. If LSU beats Texas A&M on Thanksgiving night, Auburn loses the Iron Bowl to Alabama and Florida loses its final two games to Florida State and Alabama (all expected results), Louisiana State would have an excellent shot at the bid. If Tennessee loses to Vanderbilt this weekend, then LSU would have the bid locked up.

Should LSU win and then get shut out of the Sugar Bowl, the Citrus Bowl (Orlando, vs. ACC/Big Ten) seems like the most likely option for Ed Orgeron’s sendoff. The Outback Bowl (Tampa, vs. Big Ten) and the TaxSlayer Bowl (Jacksonville, vs. ACC/Big Ten) are also potential landing spots.
