Giorgiev should never step on the ice for the Avs again.
I think this one shows this to be true. Look at how much Hellebuyck bailed out his defense. Avs probably had 15-20 grade A scoring chances. Jets probably were half of it. Georgie is shot. This ain’t a Kuemper situation lik...
More goals in the first period of this game than were scored in the entirety of either of the two earlier games.
Whoever controls the pace wins this series. That period can’t be a flash in the pan for the Avs, it’s gotta be how it goes for us to have a shot. We do probably need to ...

A tale of two halves of the first period for Manson. Dude’s start was ridiculously good, both recent goals are on him and not Georgiev. Avs have to keep this pace to have a chance. Our D woes are going to continue....

For all the good Manson has done to start the game… that was so bad that the good is gone....
In fairness, Colorado Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning are pretty damned solid names....
Would be surprised if series is more than 5 games.
I wish I could say this team wouldn’t get swept, but it’s hard to see it being avoided right now. That damned Landeskog injury absolutely closed the door on our championship window sooooo fast and unexpectedly....
Big win for the stars. Bring on the real season
*should* have just clinched the Central with a chance for the Presidents’ Trophy. Avs are just playing to have home ice in round 1 at this point. This collapse is wild....

Dallas has been the better team minus 5-10 minutes all game. I’ll take a point here as an Avs fan to keep WPG away by a game....
If you only know one name on this list you dont follow the ufc at all.
It is a solid card overall for those of us that follow this sport closely, but it is underwhelming BIG TIME for 300 and the way Dana hyped it up....

Oh, for sure. The whole Francouz thing might wind up being more devastating to this window than the Landeskog thing. That says a lot. EDIT: A LOT...
It would be really nice if Georgiev could go a start without giving up 4 goals
While I don’t disagree overall, I don’t think this is the one to blame him on. 3/5 weren’t his fault at all and 1 was iffy to blame him....
Avs are ridiculously skilled.
And yet again, our trades at the deadline come through huge. Massive 2 points for the Avs with the stretch upcoming. MacKinnon keeps his streak alive and starts to separate himself for the Hart when odds come out tomorrow!...
Part of the first Avs cup win in 1996
And I think most would agree, the Avs do not win the Cup in 1996 without Simon. 52 is way, way too young. ...
