Student Section Accessibility

Hello all,
I'm a college student at Centenary in Shreveport, and I will be in BR this weekend for opener. The tickets I have are up in the nose bleeds. West Upper Deck...section 619. Even though I go to Centenary, I have a lot of buddies at LSU. The question I have is do yall think I can get in with my tickets and then once I get in...sneak over to the student section? I'm just not sure because I've never tried it before...I don't know how strict they are about this.
Also, I have a TAF card..do they ID at the TAF tailgate?!

Your best bet would be to get your friends in the student section to print out an extra copy of their ticket. Once you get into the stadium with your ticket use their ticket to meander your way to the student section and show your friends ticket to any security guards that question you.

Real tough to get from an upper deck entrance/gate over to the NEZ....going to need more "resources",guile,wit and moxy !

Tough to get from the upper deck to the student section, because they make you go up the ramp the second they scan your ticket.
You'd have to pull some elevator magic. Not impossible. I've heard of people doing it. But hard if you don't know the ins and outs of the stadium.

I am looking for a ticket in the West Upper Deck. I will likely be buying a ticket in another area, which may grant you access to the student section. Once I get that ticket I would gladly trade with you for your west upper deck ticket. That way both of our problems would be solved.

Any ticket in the lower bowl will allow you to get into the student section, you just have to be a little crafty depending on were the original ticket is

There should be plenty of tickets for sale. Sell your ticket, buy one in the North End Zone and just walk on over to the student section.

Just buy a ticket in the north endzone. You can probably get one for pretty cheap

Yes it's very easy. The only place you can't get to the NEZ is from the east uppers.

As long as you're on the west side (I dont remember what side 619 is on) then it is easy. Just walk over to the student section and if there is some actually checking student tickets for McNeese, text a buddy to bring you an extra student ticket.

Walk in the west side gates, go to your left, there will be a little tunnel on the left. Go through that and voila! you're on the student section ramps. Easy as that.
Try to go in a gate as close to the north side of the stadium as you can.

Yeah, they normally only check outside whatever section the grad/law students have.
All of the other tunnels leading to the student section are usually clear

You can get one of your friends to get you a guest student ticket. Its like $10
