I had to pause the video. Looks like he a Chris G hit the same buffett, a lot, getting ready for this piece.

Didn't make Les or Randy Shannon look very good.

How do people claim this is a problem with player performance when the school puts themselves in the posistion they absolutely have to make cuts regardless of player performance.

Seems to me there is absolutely no way to lay blame on player performance when the school is already in a position of mandatory cuts no matter WHAT the plyer does.

You sure about that TIM?

Take a look for yourself exactly what he did. He cleaned Krispy Kreme out.

Just because they had to cut a player didn't mean they had to cut this particular player.

I don't think it was a hit piece as much as ESPN having CG and his dad willing/wanting to talk on camera, and they needed a story to attach it to. Yes -- that does happen in the media.

We don't really know why Miles cut Garrett. We don't know what happens on the practice field and in that locker room and it's none of our business. Miles made a call that he felt he had to make. And I don't know of any football coach who wants to say no to a kid who wants to play football, but decisions have to be made and sometimes they hurt.

So apparetnly according to ESPN, OTL and Chris Garrett he was given a scholly and should have been allowed to do whatever he wanted and not get it taken. Guess what....when you get fat and dont compete in spring...you lose it. End of story.

It was a really irresponsible piece that served it's purpose. It already got a few big ten tards like bomber777 all riled up.

That picture is so much win. I wonder if the coach just told him "Complete this pass and we'll super size your McD's combo!".

Miles should send THAT picture to ESPN as his official response.

I agree. A picture speaks a thousand words and that one pretty much vindicates Miles in that particular situation.

It is still a problem the administration creates for itself to gain a competitive advantage by attempting to get around the 85 limit. I have been on Bama's arse about it and LSU is still guilty of the practice, but I will never blame Miles again for getting rid of that fat arse.

Go to TexAgs.com, look at the football forum. Another reason to hate those pricks. A long thread bashing LSU and Miles.
