Yep They have had "better" recruiting classes for the last four years. We have matched Alabama with Saban win for win over the last five years,

We lost to a great team. Sometimes it is good to lose a game early or have some adversity. What died was our belief we were invincible. We did Alabama a favor by beating them in November. Of course, only Alabama would get a pass to play in the BCS after not winning the conference, but they were good. We need to shake this off.

I really think that this game has the losing your first girlfriend effect on fans, everything seems so perfect (season/girl) then in an instance you lose what seemed so perfect (BCSNCG/girl) for days maybe months you are let down with the situation, but then at some point you wake up & realize that the world didn't end, you lick your wounds, put yourself back out there, take some rejections, frick some fat girls or toothless wonders, and then in an instance you are back on your feet. You get your game back up frick a hot chick or 3 preparing to land the prize again (Waterford crystal/ girl). LICK YOUR WOUNDS TIGERS & GET READY TO frick THAT FAT ELEPHANT NEXT YEAR!!!!

Agree.....you guys need to wake up and understand that we could lose football games. Yes, it was the BCSNCG. Yes, we got beat badly by Bama. However, we are still SEC champs, we still avethe best 13-1 record (just no bcs win), and CLM has another top ranked recruiting class coming in. Appreciate that we have a coach that has elevated the program higher than what Saban left us. We are not the "cake walk" team we were in the 90's. We are always in the talk for BCSNC every year. We re expected to be #1 preseason next year. Enjoy the ten years of elite status. We are the destination job coaches want.
12 years ago, if I asked you if you would be happy with 10 years of 10 win seasons, 2 BCSNC, 4 SEC titles, but you will blown out in 1 BCSNCG, you would take it. The golden age of LSU football is still going strong, and I can not wait for September to come .
