So I forgot to request my super regional tickets

I don't know wtf I did but somehow I missed the deadline for requesting super regional tickets. Yesterday I was going to print them out and realized I didn't have them. Sat in the same seats all season and fricked up for the biggest series this year.

A friend of mine did that and he went and talked to Brian Broussard (Athletic Dept Ticket Manager) yesterday and Broussard found him two tickets in the grandstand. Have you tried talking with anyone in the ticket office?

A guy that sits next to me almost did the same thing and he had to run down between innings during the Monday game to request his.
I don't get it. When the possibility of LSU hosting the Regional and Super Regional was announced I was able to go online and request for both weekends.
They only charged my card $1 and didn't charge me for the Regional until it was a certainty that LSU was going to get it, and they didn't charge me for the Super Regional until after LSU won the game Tuesday.
Why are people not requesting both weekends at the same time?
