I think driving under the influence is a felony. But that's right, Harris didn't smoke any

The cop tested him for some time, eye tests and talk tests, and said he was in no way under the influence. And so he let him go, along with two citations that were super high fines for the driving infractions. Watch the video yourself and judge if you think he was high.

DT sure has a knack of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

You're making yourself look incredibly ignorant by making up stories though.

Can you please list just one story that I made up?

the driver would have been arrested for suspicion of DWI

the car would have been searched
Then impounded.

and everyone in the car probably would have been arrested for possession of marijuana
No doubt in my mind.
quote:

if they were smking in the car, then the officer would have found a tiny bit of weed
Or just taken a big whiff of that air and taken the driver in and cited all of the other 3.

The driver should have been arrested for going so fast but that should be the end of it.
Exactly. It gets to a point where smoking weed is bad but not terrible, but going 118 MPH, high or not, puts everyone's life on that highway in jeopardy.

cop said his eyes were cashed, wrong again.

not what he said, wrong again.

he should have been arrested for operating a vehicle under contract with another party with a suspended license.

How about the whole "He was probably asleep and had no clue what was going on" or the "Massoli probably said it was his weed because him and DT are in love". Should I exactly quote or is that good enough for you?

decriminalized

Decriminalized is not quite the same as legal. I haven't followed this kid's story and don't care if he plays or not but to post its ok because we're laid back is a rather silly thing to say.

DucksflyinPAC do you really not think its a big deal that your team leader didn't seem to care that he was in a car going 120 mph with weed being smoked in said car? Really? Nevermind that it is a situation that could get someone killed, he could easily have had to miss games if the situation would have been handled more harshly by the police offers. And any mature adult should understand that risk to his team of that situation.

To act like its no big deal and DT's circumstances were a result of him "being poor" is a bunch of BS.

How should CH of been arrested for driving so fast when that is not even Oregon law that a person is by default arrested? The cop followed Oregon law. But LA people do not understand Oregon law. That's what this is about!

What this is about is that in any other state the outcome is different.

Naaaa. Can some other LSU fan please explain to this guy about Oregon and being super relaxed with Pot(I think it was decriminalized it in the 1970's here). This issue, while fascinating to you, is getting older then dirt

What about federal laws? They dont have to be as stringent as federal laws.

And are you sure it isn't weed college not reed college

Are you fricking retarded? Like we don't have pot down here or come in contact with it all the damn time. The clown was a passenger in a car that had weed TWICE. He definitely smoked. There are definitely players on our team who have smoked as well. Get your head out of your arse.

That may be true, that some of our players do. However, none this year have been cited or arrested for doing so. Kind of hard to punish when no one has been busted for it don't ya think?

Kind of easy when cops let your players go after they admit to smoking weed and then drive 120 MPH.

It was 4 freaking AM in the morning. If you watched that video you would see hardly a single vehicle passed bye. Man, you guys really need to learn fact checking before you just assume things and attack.
