Of course it makes sense. DT was just a passenger. He was never even remotely sited for anything or anything. And as far as that "we smoked it all" comment by Cliffy, at the end of that Video you see Cliffy filling in the cop more what he was referring to and who the real one was smoking it. He was Cliffy's cousin, who is not a UO player.

Yeah, and Ryan Perrilloux was just a little angel who somehow got caught in the wrong crowd and was always blamed for everything.

We've heard it before, dude. Give it a rest.

Sooo, 3 dudes are in the car (Cliffy says "we" smoked it) but later turned the story around so it was only the cousin... yea whatever.

Actually 4 guys were in the car. 2 Players, one graduated former player and CH's Cousin. Most of you guys don't even know the facts but you sure love to assume things and accuse. You guys are just reaching and reaching. I agree, it does not look or sound good, but really there was not any new news on this Video. Chip Kelly has known of every single detail since May. DT will not miss this game in a million years. But I don't fault you for hoping something might turn up that lifts your spirits with a player potentially missing. lol

That's impressive logic. Comparing a felony to a traffic citation.

I think driving under the influence is a felony. But that's right, Harris didn't smoke any.

You are easily one of the most delusional fans I've ever encountered. Hey bud DT is not Jesus, he is a 20 year old college student. Stop making up all of these fake random excuses for him. I would say there's a 90% chance he was in the car smoking weed and having the time of his life. We're no one to judge his decisions and he'll be playing in Dallas, let it die. You're making yourself look incredibly ignorant by making up stories though.

Actually 'DT' said that he smoked weed earlier. Therefore he is guilty. I really don't care, though. I would love to beat Oregon full strength...

That's because your school finally made it to the big leagues of college football, and your coach knows without DT you stand no chance. So instead of getting a loss he's risking the NCAA not saying anything.

I wouldn't push the envelope on this one. Oregon has been great at replacing their stars after unexpected dismissals. As LMJ did with Blount and as DT with Massoli.

Replacement with 0 real experience against an elite SEC team. He may have played time against New Mexico or someone, but putting in someone with under a month to prepare for an SEC defense..good luck.

Why is the question of who rented the car not being answered? Screw the weed - whose name and signature was on the rental contract?

So you believe DT? Be honest you have to have your doubts.

Personally on this one case, I do not know. I kind of don't care because he was never cited with anything and their is no proof. But because this is his second time riding in the car where pot was either found or smelt, I would have to guess yes, he probably has done pot before. Personally if you ask me, I think Masoli took the blame for the Pot in his car, glove compartment, and said it was his(Masoli) because Masoli so much cared for DT and wanted to protect him even if it meant he would be kicked off the team. He did not want it to ruin DT's chance to play at UO. Now having said that, Pot is to UO like LSU fans is to drinking. I am sure Chip and the whole University knows that many of our players probably come in contact or are around it some. They would have to, because maybe 85 percent of the student smoke it at UO, is my guess. Probably many UO teachers too. So probably the administration could almost care less if they knew players were doing it or not. All they care about is the general public, media and such. But if a teacher, upper Amin, saw students or players doing it, they probably could care less. I visited this one College in Portland Called Reed College a lot one year; a very hard school to get into to and that cost more then Harvard. That's where the Rich Yuppies send their kids. Anyways, I personally saw many faculty do it and I was told the whole campus does it and I mean the whole, as in all teachers and such. And I was told the teachers actually encourage it there. I may of never done it however, but LA people just do not understand the level of common place pot is around here and Eugene is Oregon's epicenter. But anywhere Eugene to Portland it is very common. And down in Ashland, near Cali it is too.

Naaaa. Can some other LSU fan please explain to this guy about Oregon and being super relaxed with Pot(I think it was decriminalized it in the 1970's here). This issue, while fascinating to you, is getting older then dirt.

What makes this comical to me is that if this had happened in Louisiana, the driver would have been arrested for suspicion of DWI, the car would have been searched, and everyone in the car probably would have been arrested for possession of marijuana because, if they were smking in the car, then the officer would have found a tiny bit of weed. I'm not saying that it should have happened that way, I am just illustrating the difference between law enforcement here and law enforcement there. Either way, this is not that big of a deal. Football players were partying and should be allowed to play. The driver should have been arrested for going so fast but that should be the end of it. NCAA investigation not needed.

Are you fricking retarded? Like we don't have pot down here or come in contact with it all the damn time.
The clown was a passenger in a car that had weed TWICE. He definitely smoked.
There are definitely players on our team who have smoked as well.
Get your head out of your arse.

Doesn't matter because UO will let him play no matter what. Without him they have no championship chances, and just like OSU they are going to roll the dice on players and the NCAA.
