The parochial mindset of so many of you on here is hilarious. Most of you have rarely set foot outside of Louisiana, and you think fried shrimp is haute cuisine.

How many do they have in Louisiana. One? Would that be considered a chain

Is a chain restaurant a difficult concept for you to grasp?

The fact you came to this conclusion is idiotic also.

Sounds like absolute BS.

But if there was a Brennan-family restaurant in BR, that might be believable, haha.

While checking, I found this older article with the Brennan restaurant and family tree:

LINK

Myles’ father shares his name “Owen” with the namesake of the original restauranteur.

I'm just saying, I called this. Boil them crawfish and they will come.

They take them there because you are only allowed to spend so much money on a visitor for food. This way they can eat whatever they want at a controlled price.

I mean, it was in jest, but it was in response to a comment about people in Ohio only being accustomed to Red Lobster and probably being amazed by seafood restaurants in S. Louisiana. Potato, potahto.

Hate to get involved in this, but, I mean... is it that crazy of a notion? I don't know shite about Ohio seafood or its quality/merit. Maybe you can fill me in. I know they have Lake Erie.

Mike Anderson’s is definitely good, but Parrains is better.

Mike's definitely has a cool LSU-support theme going on, but if I'm going for top-notch seafood in BR (where money is no obstacle) I'm going to Louisiana Lagniappe, not Parrain's. It's classier, quieter, and the parking lot isn't quite the shitshow Parrain's can be.

at the company I worked with before now, we had a guy from Ohio. Cool guy. Anyway we were traveling installing a new computer system. The last places to go to were in Canada.

He was like "F that". My boy from Willis Texas said what's up Brian? Brian said I hate that we have places in Canada, the further north you go the worse the food gets and the less good looking women there are. We just thought he was biased because he seemed to love Houston so much.

Nope, we were in Edmonton. We had to go to the grocery store and get tabasco sauce the second day we were there. One of the chicks at the office said we needed to go to this place and get a gyro if we wanted spicy food. Luckily someone brought the tabasco. The food sucks in Canada.

There was a waitress at one of the restaurants we went to that was absolutely beautiful. She was the only one we saw in the 2 1/2 weeks we were there.

shite, Dallas seafood and crawfish is expensive as crap. Oklahoma is worse. Ohio, I would get the pizza.

We have fabulous walleye from Lake Erie here in the Buckeye state but for sure it was a good move to take Joe for Seafood in BR assuming he's a seafood fan.

We have Texas de Brasil in Columbus and he's probably been there before.

What I was most impressed about with his visit was that he just wanted to talk football -- no red carpet. He probably didn't care much about the restaurants.

Coaches showed clips whiles at Ohio State, comparing and contrasting them to plays in Ensminger's offense new offense----specifically the system he ran in 2016 as LSU's interim offensive coordinator.
I hope that doesn't mean that he's planning on reneging on his promise to open the offense up by running a wide open offense that will use LSU's talented collection of WR's a helluva lot. Running stuff from 2016 is not wide open because it is more of the same with maybe a tad more passing involved. We will see what shite he comes up with!

Everyone has a Texas de Brasil, pretty common restaurant chain.
