Yeah, I don't know why he's saying it like that. Sounds weird. The pregame production is such a cluster frick these days we won't hear it anyway.

This video is well done, but it's missing the oomph of the first one. It's great that Dan Borne contributed something that will likely be around for a very long time.

I prefer having Borne read his own poem thing. It makes it more personal. I think the music is more eery too.

C'mon. Dan is perfect. He's the voice of Tiger Stadium.
Yall are just scared of change. The production of this video is so much more powerful than the first one. This one is slower and more epic. Less of a hype video and more of an atmosphere setter.

Borne is perfect most of the time. Just not in this. It sounds like he's reading a terrorist request note with a gun to his head.

It makes sense to have Borne do it. Its his poem and he's the voice of Tiger Stadium/Saturday Night in Death Valley. But I think I'm partial to the original.
