I say no.

Poche, then Bain, then Lange. They pitch to normal pitch counts. Lange with slightly more caution.

I dont know how long but Poche, Lange, Person, Bain, Reynolds, Bugg, Newman, and Cartwright all need to throw.

They will each go at least 5 to be pitcher of record provided we're winning

The only one I'd keep an eye on is Lange. Poche doesn't need to be on any restriction.

You know that Mainieri plays to win the Tourney. They will pitch like normal.

Why would you want to limit Poche?

Pitch counts are more important than innings. Say one of them gets through 2 innings on 15 pitches.

Where do some people come up with these questions?

It is all about being on a routine. Pitching a starter for 3 innings breaks that routine. Pitch as normal of course. Play to win every game.

Our three starters went 7 innings each in the 2013 tournament.
