Seems like we're missing Mills' leadership in the secondary

I think when he gets back Dwayne Thomas is odd man out.

Or we can use D. Thomas in a way he really shines...and that is blitzing the QB. In coverage, not so much.

Absolutely. His ability to cover is missed. Rickey is good but doesn't have the experience and may be better at run support.

Ricky has played extremely well...However, Ricky and Jamal are the same types of players...head hunters first, ballhawks second...
Mills has been the one getting players in position for two years..he is definitely missed

Our DB's can cover ANYBODY man to man, it seems we are more vulnerable with blown coverages, i.e. a corner thinking he has safety help when he doesn't, etc. A four year starter at safety in Mills makes the difference there.
