Without question. Arkansas and South Carolina been very hot second half of season, probably both top 5 SEC teams...and KY beat LSU this year in a series. Like you said though, not that it matters.

I like this system. Still have the normal 8 team double elimination but with 4 play in games so to speak.

I wish they'd re-seed after the single elimination part. So LSU would play the highest seeded team.

Yes. I get it and understand four will be gone quickly.
I just don't like having a 11-18 and 12-18 team in the tournament. Forget the money...forget making people feel good about their team...and let them earn it.
Being able to avoid the #13 & #14 spots in the conference isn't the same as earning your way in.
A team like Arkansas (17-12) gets treated the same as Tennessee and Alabama. Just seems weird.
