But the kid is a class act guy and I really do get the feeling he will turn out to be one of LSUs better QBs.

He needs to improve.

That's what I wanted to say. Thanks for the OP.

I talked to him on campus the other day. He, Malachi, and Fournette are classy people. I even got a pic with Malachi and he offered to bring me to get one with Fournette as well. Very nice gesture

I read somewhere that he was present at Scott's signing. That's a cool move that he didn't have to do.

He's going to get better each year going forward. He seems like too smart of a kid not to.

Good kid doesn't mean better Qb play. He's always been a good kid.

He needs major development. Footwork + Filed Vision + Exec Processing Speed.

He can be all the well-spoken and good kid he wants, but until those items get SIGNIFICANTLY addressed and improved, he will be the same.

Time alone does not heal his issues.

More time in the same kind of practice does not deal his kind of issues.

Another year older does not heal his kind of issues.

GREAT and STRATEGIC COACHING and DEVELOPMENT CAN heal his kind of issues.

Cam better do something demonstrably different, or we will see the same "development" as we saw with JJ.

Ok let's start over...don't say what you want about BH, because most of you are retarded AF.

Come on now, BH as shown much more that JJ in his 1st two seasons. Be reasonable.

And despite your statements, time and age usually have a huge factor on development.

Seems like I read this same thread here weekly about a different LSU player or coach.

It's weird.

I bet you were as giddy as a school girl. How lame is it to be excited to take a picture with kids?

What the hell does well spoken have to do with anything?

What the frock is filed vision?
He also needs to not play with a damn hernia injury. If you've never had one it easy to criticize. They hurt every move, believe me. The guy is tough.
Now play calling.... That is something else, and not on him.

It's what people that don't have a clue say when critical of a QB's sub-par play that they can't properly explain. Along the same lines of "durrr he doesn't check down enough!"

The kid is good. Put him in position to be successful and he will be. Options, read options, throwing outside the pocket, TEs,and RBs involved and Brandon Harris will be fine

BH will be a good one before he leaves campus, I think if he stays till his senior year he can improve enough to fall into the first 3 rounds of the draft.
