Funny how most of the assholes on here get so butt hurt that he is leaving and bash the guy, yet the reason they are so butt hurt and pissing all over him is because they want him to return to school continue to play for LSU. Our fan base has so many dicks.

Good luck to Mickey.

Well then best of luck to him regardless. He's following his dream. I hope he finds it.

Oh I totally agree, but Mickey must have gotten a promising scouting report to make this decision

as for his relationship to James Wright-I thought they were cousins? I doubt Wright is bringing in enough bank to support extended family too and live a comfortable "NFL lifestyle"

No, disagree with whatever the hell you feel like it.

When you make a comment like this, you are an a-hole:

quote:

Jordan Mickey to enter Pakistani pro league draft?
Cause the dude isn't getting drafted by the NBA. He is getting some pretty bad advice. I wonder what the over/under is on him coaching AAU teams in 3 years?
Might as well declare for the NFL while he's at it. Makes no sense. Just laughably bad decision.
Bye Felecia!

Or this:

Hopefully he's got some Rosetta Stone gift cards.

are people calling him names here?

Who said anyone called Mickey a name?

good luck to the kid, not overly surprising

I'm surprised because I think it's not rational and because of what his Dad said.

I wish him the best.

You people are pathetic. The kid is pursuing his dream of playing professionally. He likely knows he isn't getting drafted but he can go to the dleague or overseas for a few years and fine tune his game. Best of luck to him in his future endeavors and I'm thankful to him for his two years at LSU

I agree. He doesn't owe LSU anything because he chose LSU over a lot of great basketball schools.

He obviously got a positive scouting report to make this decision. His family seems too level-headed to take a blind leap of faith

Who gives these kids the green light on getting drafted? Surely someone around him has sense enough to tell you are not ready.

One can wish him the best and not agree with his reasoning.

He's not going to be a first round pick. I hope he's prepared for that

The kid reportedly checked out of the whole program as soon as the season was over and he got his information back from the league.

He was gone when the last horn sounded regardless of what he got back. Every single scout/analyst I've seen has him as not getting drafted and that he needs to come back. I'm not sure where he got his information, but its not good.

I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt because of his family's approach. You may be right in that he goes undrafted and ends up regretting his decision. Only the Mickey family fully understands the situation fully

it's time to move forward and hit the recruiting trail hard and shop in the 5th year senior market
