nah. I was just gauging the rant's interest to see if something like this would even be feasible.

I don't think many will care about practice right off the bat for a first-time Madness event, but if you hold a 3-point contest and dunk contest, that should get people in the building

Ludwig can get an extra year of eligibility and do a 720 dunk

I'm just being realistic.
Basketball is not a priority right now for this fanbase.
In mid October, fans do not care about going to Midnight Madness. There is little to no interest in non conference games at all. The PMAC has been a morgue until SEC play starts.

Yeah. I mean, it's practice...but if you incorporate things to make the fan experience fun, then it could be a fun deal.

Lets say, you get the cheerleaders, tiger girls, Mike, and the Bengal Brass out there.

And maybe a couple of former players to sign autographs or something. Do giveaways and free pizza or something and it could be a hit.

I understand your viewpoint, but it doesn't directly conflict with any football activity...and you probably feel that way because you've watched LSU basketball for years not have any sort of promotion whatsoever.

I've got a solution.

Make it a student priority point event.

Thousands of students would show up.

Seriously though, they would.
