Question for experts. How does LSU cover Washington's 6 foot 6 inch tight end?

Just your opinion please. Doesn't have to be the end all be all explanation. Just curious what some of the more knowledgeable people think. And I searched to see if this had been discussed so no 'germans' please. TIA

Defensively, the Tigers will be faced with the task of limiting Price, who connected on 25-of-35 passes for 222 yards and one touchdown in Washington's 21-12 season-opening win over San Diego State. Price's top target a week ago was tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who caught nine passes for 82 yards.
"He has great size to go with good ball skills," Miles said of Washington's 6-foot-6 tight end. "It will be difficult to even man him up with a small linebacker. That would be the issue. You have to play physical and make sure there's someone on you to contest the throw."

if they only beat san diego st 21-12 and this guy had 82 yards, not too worried. i don't think vegas is worried either with a 24 point spread

You get reid or loston to lay the wood on him.

We have so many hitters on this defense that he will drop to the ground after his 3rd catch.

Price will not be able to hit him while laying on his back.

simple...you gotta jam the shite out of him at the line of scrimmage to slow the developement of the play and get someone to the qb before the pattern develops...

So he's half as good as Blaine Gauthier?

The guy that said Mingo is more correct than some would think. Mingo drops a good bit and will be the reason ASJ has to stay in and block more than usual. The RT is a backup and Mingo is too good. Expect a lot of ASJ blocking. When not Mingo, expect bracketed coverage with a S and LB. One will have him in man while the other shades over to him. Reid, Muncie, Alexander and Jones are the guys I'd expect to cover him in man. Also expect a lot of zone and zone blitzes to protect the young corners.

Get to the QB quick, hit him in the knees, don't let him off the line, hit him in the junk repeatedly, or Eric Reid.

Phillip Rives is 6"7', maybe he can handle it?

Linebacker underneath, safety over the top. Force price to drop it in their perfectly on any Sean routes. Unfortunately, he's probably gonna have his way against our linebackers and nickle guys against 1 on 1 coverage on our and flag routes

Yeah, that's what I was wondering about.
