Not Really, if LSU continues to schedule and win strong OOC games it will not matter

Oh, and the TV money that makes the SEC the richest conference in all of college football and gives LSU the luxary of choice of having one of the highest paid coaching staffs in all of CFB.....well thats just a God given right.

As long as we keep playing good OOC it'll balance out.

Never mind that even if all OOC are respectable opponents it won't account for a third of the overall schedule, but of course that will have more weight on LSU's SOS than a strong conference schedule (that is actually one...not an incestous internal beating like this year).

Your opinion is riddled with the stupid.

The SEC put 248 players in NFL over last 5 years. A la NCAAB, youth catching up to top programs this time of year.
Off-year, over-reaction. There is no "fall."

You think your opinion is any better? Come the frick on! You think the SEC network deal doesn't take care of the money! You are sounding more ignorant every time you post

No, I'm relishing in it. They can all lose. I root for LSU alone.

It's that deal I'm referring to.

What you think the monetary value of those rights that ESPN paid more than billion will be when the contract is up for renewal but the SEC ISN'T regarded as the best conference in CFB?

I suppose you answered my scarastic question: you really DO think that flush of TV money is a given.

i almost got caught up in rooting for the sec, then i found myself feeling proud of central time zone and snapped out it before it was to late.

to hell with sec, if it wasnt for all the other sports and their travel requirements, etc, i would just assume be indy.

I only care about LSU, and it's cool the VOLS are getting better say what you will but a strong UT will weaken Bama.

Spend a few minutes on the SEC Rant and you'll never pull for another SEC team again.

I never pull for Auburn, Bama, Florida , regular season or post season. In reality the losses from the other schools masked the embarrassment of Music City.

I only care about two teams, LSU and whoever is playing Bama!! I was disappointed with Auburn. I prefer the Bloomin Onion over the Coconut Shrimp!!

No, another SEC team (especially Bama) winning the NC, does nothing to help LSU.

As long as Bama was one of the losers, hell no! I am of the opinion that, for the most part, anything good for Bama is bad for LSU

Hell no. I wouldn't give a shite if the rest of them never won a game. The Big 10 has been shite for a while, but low and behold, a good program plays good football and makes it to the championship. We'd be no different. We don't need the rest of the assholes in the conference to shine just to be nationally relevant. We have recruits, money, and a dedicated fan-base. We'll be fine.

It's one week of bowls. Not much of a fall.
