MSU lost like 18-19 starters from last year and were picked to be near the bottom of the west by most
auburn got preseason hype and like all years when they have preseason hype, they suck. they had a heisman hopeful, too...he was benched last game. you going to try and turn him into a good QB too b/c he got preseason press clippings?

I say MSU finishes #5 in west, but considering the top of the West is pretty strong, they aren't that bad.

Anywhere from 10 to "others receiving votes." They have a tough schedule. They're definitely one of the 25 best teams. They almost beat LSU, after all.
