Just listened to the full audio...not sure what this proves.
He in fact said the things that he was quoted as saying.i do agree that there was no malice on his part and the national media "spun it", but it doesn't change the fact that he said it.

Seems like people are making a needless effort to clean up something that doesn't need to be cleaned up. Patterson is entitled to an opinion on the Hill matter or any other topic that interest him.

whereas there is some truth in what you say, imo, but i find you usage of the word logic disputable. i find it very logical that Tiger fans get pissed when an opposing coach makes disparaging comments about our team, coach, school, etc. interpreting your coaches comments to mean he wasn't talking about LSU and les miles is a stretch and logic has nothing to do with it.
