I wonder if there are any funds set up to help him and his family out through this tough time. Would probably be a great gesture if we could help his family out.

I don't know him personally, but when you listen to someone on the radio every day it really starts to feel like you do. He said that towards May he and his wife are probably going to have to stay in Texas for an extended period of time, but that 104.5 is being extremely supportive, and might even set up a way to broadcast AFR from Texas - If I were in his shoes I think that would be a great way to stay sane through such a gut-wrenching time.
