Of the following who would have the most success at LSU
-Jeremy Pruitt (long shot)
-Jim Leonard
-Will muschmap
-Charlie strong

Also what are the most realistic outcomes at this point? Who comes here with all the shite O has stirred up, not to mention I hear he’s not the most pleasant to work with

The more I think about it, the more I feel like Orgeron shouldn't be allowed to fire Linehan or Pelini unless we get someone like Jim Leonard who could stay beyond the firing of the Head Coach if things go south ala Les and Aranda

Leonard is a Wisconsin alum and will be the next head coach there. He is more of a long shot than Pruitt for sure.

The SEC is the pinnacle of college football lol and for a lot of talented coaches, a stepping stone to the NFL. I like LSU’s chances if we show interest ???????

Thats a turrible list. 2 unrealistic options and 2 party like it's 2006 Bo Pelini hires.

I'm not saying Leonard exactly but an absolutely undeniable stud DC like that of which there aren't many.

None of those people are coming here. No one with half a brain is going to come to LSU right now if they fire Pelini. Who would want to work for O right now? Nobody except bottom of the barrel scraping.

I believe they wanted Odom last year but the timing didn’t work and he had already taken the Arky job and didn’t want to bail

I 100% believe we could get a big name here. That’s an easy yes if you ask me. Sit and wait for O to inevitability screw up again and our DC is in the running for a top 10 job in the country. Personally, I’d much rather a defensive minded head coach anyway

Kane Wommack needs to be #1 on the list. He’s making $400k at Indiana. We could get him for half the price of Pelini and improve DRASTICALLY.

Jeremy Pruitt

won't be fired this year, maybe next year

Will muschmap

hasn't fielded a really good defense since 2013 with Florida. His USCe defenses have been horrible, as in finishing in the bottom 1/3 of the SEC more times than not. His last stint as a DC in Auburn in 2015, he finished 13th in the SEC in total defense and 11th in scoring defense.

Have to wonder why the only job he could find this year was a Butch Jones position at Alabama. His defenses at Texas and USF were less than spectacular.

Jim Leonard

Wouldn't hate it, but doubt he leaves his alma mater

I'd look at guys like Dave Reeves at UAB and Brad White at Kentucky

1. Don’t know if he even gets fired this year. And if he does, I think he’s back at Bama.
2. At his alma mater. Loves where he’s at, probably the future HC, not going anywhere. Some things are more valuable than money.
3. Washed
4. Washed

I think David Reeves at UAB is the answer. He has been good for a few years now and we would have no problem getting him over here. He is also familiar with the recruiting territory.

Dear God im so sick of rumors being made fact. Not one fricking thing has been confirmed about altercations between staff. Including Matt Canada.

NOT ONE. SO STOP SPREADING FALSE NARRATIVES THAT HURT THE RECRUITING TRIAL!! If you believe at this point that TD hasn't got at least a small influence then you're an idiot. Rumors started here become real life rumors.
